In House Group, a general contracting firm based in New York City, has been making clients' visions a reality for decades. With a combined 60 years of experience in fields such as architecture, hospitality, development, design, academia, and industrial design, our founders bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Our team has worked hands-on in various trades, from welding and carpentry to plumbing and electrical work, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. As a company, we strive to leave the world better than we found it, and we take pride in the fact that we have left our mark on the city we call home.

Services

At In House Group, we offer a full range of construction services, complete with ancillary architecture, engineering, and expediting services. We are one of the few organizations that can take a project from initial thoughts on paper to a deliverable turnkey project. Our services include:

• Design and development: Our team can handle engineering design services, architectural design services, ADA compliance review, code and zoning review, and equipment/appliance/hardware specifications and selections. We can also assist with fixture and fitting selection, budget formation, value engineering, document preparation, scheduling, site planning, and bid leveling and procurement.
• Pre-construction/planning: Our knowledgeable team can help you with development potential analysis, site planning, mobilization and site logistics, and M.E.P analysis and selection.
• Construction management: We provide daily reporting, project hierarchy and plan punch list management, site supervisor services, field and logistic coordination, and digital job tracking with Procore interface. Our team will work alongside yours with full transparency to ensure that your project is completed on time and on budget.
• Consulting: We are available for consultation on a wide range of topics, project types, and services. We can assist with post-groundbreaking value engineering, resolving field issues, problem-solving, and putting stalled projects back on track.

Recent Projects

At In House Group, we are proud of the work we have done and the relationships we have built with our clients. Some of our recent projects include:

• Finback (LIC): We completed a residential tower in Long Island City, including a build-out for a new beer company.
• Bouldering Project: We worked on a climbing gym in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn after being awarded the job due to serendipitous circumstances.
• Brooklyn Winery: We were chosen to build the new location for The Brooklyn Winery after an extensive review and bid process.

Our Team

Our founders, Adam Kushner and Jason Prisco, bring decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to every project. Our extended team members, Damian Sul and Isaac Harewood, provide additional expertise and support. Our office manager, Rachel Fitzpatrick, keeps everything running smoothly, and our project managers, Coleman Ramer and Ali Riaz, ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.
