Our Products

How We Work

At Townhouse Kitchens, we believe in a collaborative approach to kitchen design and renovation. We understand that every client has unique needs and preferences, and we are committed to working closely with each individual to understand their vision and goals for their kitchen space. From the initial consultation to the final installation, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every client is completely satisfied with the final result.

Our process begins with an initial consultation, during which we discuss the client's needs, preferences, and budget. Following this meeting, we develop a written budget proposal and initial design drawings for the client's review. If the client agrees that the budget is acceptable, we require a retainer payment to move forward to the "Design Phase."

In the Design Phase, we visit the client's home to take detailed measurements and inventory their storage needs. We then release our drawings to the client's contractor, architect, interior designer, and condo or co-op building, and determine the finishes and order the door sample for the project.

Once the client is ready to order their kitchen, we review the photographic renderings and dimensioned technical drawings with them. We also walk them through the storage solutions, door samples, and finish samples for their approval. After review and approval, we move to contract signing and require a 50% deposit payment for the cabinetry.

Throughout the construction process, our team remains involved to ensure that every detail is addressed and that the client's needs are met. We coordinate with the general contractor to check framing dimensions, plumbing roughs, and electrical requirements, and we handle the installation of the cabinetry and other fixtures. Our goal is to provide a stress-free and enjoyable experience for every client, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.

Showroom

Our spacious and beautifully appointed showroom is located in the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue, Suite 421, New York, NY 10016. Here, clients can view a variety of cabinetry options and meet with our experienced designers to discuss their kitchen renovation project. We are open for appointments Monday through Friday, and we welcome clients to schedule a consultation to learn more about our services and see our products firsthand.
