Our History
Lonestar Rehabilitation was founded in 2003 with the goal of providing high-quality physical therapy services to the North Texas community. Our founder, Matthew Niemiera, is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is certified in the McKenzie Method and has completed advanced training in mechanical diagnosis and therapy.
