Great River Golf Club

Great River Golf Club, located in Milford, Connecticut, is a premier golf facility that offers a unique blend of championship golf, exceptional dining, and luxurious event spaces. Our club is built on a 1-mile stretch of undulating terrain along the Housatonic River, featuring two distinct nine-hole landscapes designed by renowned golf course architect Tommy Fazio.

In 2015, Sacred Heart University of nearby Fairfield, Connecticut, purchased Great River Golf Club with a vision to create a distinctive model within the golf industry, college athletic, and university academic structures. Today, we serve a private membership of over 300 alumni and local community members, while also being the home site of the Sacred Heart Men's and Women's Division I Golf Teams. Our coaching offices, indoor training facilities, and golf instruction staff are all located within our spacious clubhouse.
