Highland Golf Club

Established in 1900, the Highland Golf Club is one of the longest continually operating private golf clubs in Connecticut. Located just minutes from downtown Shelton, our club offers a challenging Frank G. Gates designed course that ensures an enjoyable round for any level of golfer. Whether you're looking to play a round, join a tournament, or simply enjoy the company of fellow golf enthusiasts, we invite you to experience all that Highland Golf Club has to offer.

Golf

Our nine-hole layout is played twice using one of three different tee combinations, making it accessible to players of any skill level, age, or gender. From the White and Blue tees to the Gold and Red, each combination presents a unique challenge. Our Golf Professional, Michael G. Martin, is always available to provide tips and advice to help you improve your game.

Membership

We offer a variety of annual membership options for the 2024 season, including individual, family, and junior memberships. Our memberships include unlimited golf, no tee times or cart fees, and access to our clubhouse facilities, including the bar and grill, dining room, decks, patios, and firepit. Facilities

Our clubhouse is equipped with men's and women's locker rooms, perfect for getting ready before or after your round. Enjoy a meal at our kitchen, which is open on weekends and offers a variety of menu options. Zuppardi's Pizza is always available at the bar, and we have a full bar with a variety of drinks. Whether you're looking to relax with friends or entertain clients, our facilities are the perfect setting.

Tournaments and Events

We host a variety of tournaments and events throughout the year, including member-guest events, scrambles, and championships. Our upcoming events include a One Day Member/Guest tournament and a Couple's Scramble. Check our website for dates and details on these and other events.
