Our Services

For those looking to refinish their existing wood floors, we provide sanding services using a variety of grit sandpapers to select the proper combination for the job. We also offer high-quality stains in a range of shades and patinas, which can be applied as a coat in place of polyurethane. Additionally, we use two types of polyurethane sealers: oil-based and water-based, each with its own unique characteristics.

The Finishing Process

The finishing process typically involves three coats of polyurethane, applied over a period of three days. However, if humidity levels are high, it could take an additional day to complete the process. After the floors are sanded and cleaned, we apply the first coat of either stain or polyurethane, followed by a series of sanding and drying steps to ensure a smooth finish. Our team will work with you to select the best finish for your flooring needs.

Floor Care

Maintaining your newly installed or refinished floors is crucial to their longevity.
