Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Mistie M. Hockman-Haag is a skilled and experienced optometrist who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gannon University in 2005, cum laude. She went on to complete her Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2009. Dr. Hockman-Haag has received clinical honors from each of her five externship sites, specializing in disease, contact lens, low vision, and primary care. She is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and has her therapeutics and glaucoma Pennsylvania Optometry license. Dr. Hockman-Haag is a proud member of the American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and Central Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

• Contact Lens Fittings: If you are interested in wearing contact lenses, our optometrist can help you find the perfect pair. We offer a variety of contact lens options, including soft lenses, rigid gas permeable lenses, and specialty lenses for hard-to-fit eyes.
• Medical Eye Care Services: Our optometrist provides medical eye care services for a wide range of eye problems, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and more.
• Emergency Eye Care: If you have an emergency eye care problem, such as an eye injury or infection, please call us immediately. We will do our utmost best to make sure you are taken care of as soon as possible.
• Eye Glasses: We have a great selection of durable, yet attractive, eye glasses for your convenience. If you are getting your first pair of glasses or replacing an old pair of glasses, our eye doctor can help you with your selection.
