Anthony "Tony" Jackson, Chef & CEO

Chef Tony is a seasoned hospitality and food and beverage professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary business. He has honed his cooking skills from distinguished mentoring chefs and has developed a passion for creating flavorful recipes and signature dishes that are in high demand from satisfied clients. Chef Tony's enthusiasm for food and life is expressed in every dish he serves.

Cindy Marie Jackson, CFO

Cindy's love for food and hospitality stems from growing up in a family of professional cooks who owned their own catering business. Her desire to provide clients with an exceptional service and culinary experience is evident in every event Jackson's Five Star executes. As Jackson's CFO, Cindy manages and oversees the culinary operation, trains staff, monitors the quality of execution, and maintains all relevant business standards. Prior to opening Jackson Five Star Catering, Cindy worked for National Bank of Detroit and at a securities trading company.
