At Regina's Food Truck, we're passionate about sharing the authentic flavors and traditions of Mexico with the community of Southeast Michigan. Our story begins in Guadalajara, Mexico, where Regina grew up surrounded by the vibrant culture and mouth-watering cuisine of her hometown. She brings that same passion and enthusiasm to every event and gathering she attends.

About Regina

Regina's love for Mexican cuisine began at a young age, cooking alongside her family and sharing traditional dishes with her friends and community. After graduating from Hope College, Regina decided to follow her passion and open her own food truck, Regina's Food Truck, in Ferndale, Michigan.

At Regina's Food Truck, we offer a range of services to make your event unforgettable:

Pick-up Catering

Stop by our kitchen location in Ferndale to pick up your catering order! Perfect for smaller party sizes, more casual gatherings where you don't want staff, or if you wish to eat our food for multiple days! A minimum food order of $300 is required.

Indoor/Catered Service

Let us serve you our food indoors! Bringing chafer dishes and our professional catering team, we'll make certain your event goes seamlessly! Perfect for rainy days or events where you prefer to have the food inside the comfort of your own home or venue.

Food Truck Rental

Graduating? Getting married? Having a birthday party or corporate event? Enhance the experience of your celebration by renting Regina's Food Truck! Serving all food out of the concession window to your guests and providing Latin music to turn your event into a fiesta! A minimum party size of 100 and a two-week notice is required to book us!
