Our Story

Welcome to For Goodness Cakes Co.! We're Syd & Sam, two sisters who share a passion for baking and bringing smiles to faces through delicious treats. This food truck venture isn't just a business for us, it's a dream we dreamed up together, fueled by our love for food, family, and our commitment to making the world a little sweeter.

We began our journey with individual culinary aspirations. Sydney, the elder sister, found her calling in the kitchen at a young age. Since she was about nine years old, she's been whipping up delightful desserts for friends and family. She honed her skills through countless cake decorating gigs, pastry chef positions, and recipe development projects, culminating in a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Sam, on the other hand, took a different path, studying fashion at FIT and building a successful career in the fashion industry. But deep down, she always harbored a passion for food. After eight fulfilling years, she decided to embrace her true calling and join forces with Sydney, bringing her unique perspective and plant-based culinary expertise to the table.
