The Heat
Our studios maintain a warm temperature, typically between 98 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit, which helps to enhance your flexibility, promote detoxification, and deepen your practice. The heat allows your muscles to relax and stretch more easily, leading to a more challenging and rewarding workout. We recommend consulting with your physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
What To Expect
Classes typically last 75 minutes and are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes before class to meet the instructor, sign in, and settle in. We provide everything you need to enjoy your practice, including mats, towels, blocks, and straps. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Please remember to turn off your cell phones upon entering the studio to maintain a sacred and distraction-free environment.
