Our highly qualified and experienced coaches are dedicated to using the latest techniques and age-appropriate progressions to ensure safe and effective instruction. A World of Gymnastics Experiences

At North Shore, we offer a diverse range of classes to cater to every interest and ability. Our Preschool program introduces the fundamentals of movement and coordination in a playful and engaging way, laying the groundwork for future success. We also boast a dedicated "Progressive Ninja Zone", where kids can test their agility, strength, and problem-solving skills through challenging obstacle courses. For those seeking more advanced training, our Specialty Classes in tumbling, high school gymnastics, and Sonic (a specialized program for individuals with special needs) provide expert guidance and tailored instruction.

Beyond our regular classes, we host open gym sessions, exciting camps, and unique special events throughout the year, providing endless opportunities for our gymnasts to learn, grow, and celebrate their achievements. Our state-of-the-art facility, recently expanded to include additional in-ground foam pits, a wider array of equipment, and a dedicated Ninja Zone, ensures a safe and inspiring environment for all our participants.
