Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted therapy for chronic muscle tension and pain. Our therapists use firm pressure techniques to address deep-seated knots and improve mobility. Ideal for individuals with persistent discomfort from injuries or repetitive strain, this service promotes long-term healing through focused muscle manipulation.
Swedish Massage
Classic full-body treatment combining long strokes and kneading motions. Designed to reduce stress and improve circulation, this gentle approach helps clients achieve mental clarity and physical relaxation through rhythmic, flowing techniques tailored to individual comfort levels.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle technique stimulating lymph fluid movement for detoxification. Particularly beneficial for clients with lymphedema or post-surgical swelling, this specialized service enhances immune function and reduces fluid retention through precise, circular hand movements.
Hot Stone Therapy
Combines heated stones with massage for deep muscle relaxation. The therapeutic heat penetrates tissue to ease tension while therapists use stones as tools for targeted pressure. This service improves circulation and creates a soothing experience that addresses both physical and emotional stress.
Cupping Therapy
Ancient technique using suction cups to release muscle tightness. By creating negative pressure on specific areas, this service increases blood flow and promotes healing of connective tissues. Particularly effective for back pain and muscle stiffness, it complements traditional massage techniques.
