Our Story

Founded in 2013, we have steadily grown to over 40 properties, with an even distribution of long-term and vacation rentals. We only take on a few properties each year, allowing us the time and effort to focus on building a strong clientele for your investment property. Our motto is "We treat your property like it's our own, " which reflects our commitment to excellence in property management.

Our Expertise

Our owners/operators bring a wide range of expertise to the table. Michelle, one of our owners, has a background in real estate and has held licenses in South Carolina and Pennsylvania. She also ran a successful cleaning business, ensuring high standards for guest preparation and unit conditions. Maryjane, the other owner, has experience in property management from a large real estate office in Myrtle Beach and has a background in construction and building, making her well-versed in property maintenance and physical management.

What We Do

We specialize in managing condominiums from Little River to Murrells Inlet, assisting you in renting your second home investment property weekly, monthly, or annually. We are licensed and insured in both property management and real estate, ensuring that your investment is protected and your stay is pleasant and worry-free. Our goal is to make sure our condos are five-star rated for both tenants and owners, which is why we only manage properties that meet our high standards.
