We currently have several upcoming rental opportunities available in the Seagate Village area of Myrtle Beach. These duplex homes are located in the Market Common district, offering easy access to Myrtle Beach State Park, shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

• 666 Mallard Lake Drive: This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom duplex home boasts 1383 Sq. Ft. of living space, with ceramic tile in the bathrooms and painted concrete flooring throughout. The property features a covered carport and is governed by an association. No smoking is permitted inside the home, and two pets are allowed. This home is available for mid-to-late May and is priced at $1800/month, with a security deposit of $1800 and a pet deposit of $250.

• 3665 Cypress Circle: This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath duplex home is also located in Seagate Village and offers 1227 Sq. Ft. of living space. The property features ceramic tile in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, a covered carport, and outside storage. Up to two small pets or one large pet are permitted with a required pet deposit. This home is available mid-to-late June and is priced at $1850/month, with a security deposit of $1850.
