Our Founder's Inspiration

Our founder, Lauren Corcoran, discovered the transformative power of yoga years ago. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Lauren soon realized its profound impact on her overall well-being. As yoga became an integral part of her daily life, she observed a positive shift not only in her own physical strength and flexibility but also in her mental clarity, emotional resilience, and sense of inner peace. Inspired by her personal experiences, Lauren, along with her husband, embarked on a journey to establish Peace & Yoga in the heart of Kansas City's Northland.
