As an internal medicine physician with specialty training in weight loss medicine, I, Dr. Steve Fabrizio, stay up-to-date with the latest information and research in the field. My passion for health and wellness is evident in my commitment to providing personalized care to each of my patients.

Our team is led by me, Dr. Fabrizio, and my excellent medical assistant and office coordinator, Katie. Katie is well-versed in all aspects of patient care, from scheduling appointments to administering injections. Her friendly and non-judgmental approach has earned her high praise from our patients.

• VIP Plan: This plan includes everything in our premium plan, plus priority scheduling, personalized meal planning, and regular progress monitoring.

Our Location

We are located at 5859 Abercorn Street, Suite 5, Savannah, Georgia 31405. Our office hours are Monday and Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. We are closed Monday through Thursday from 12:15 to 12:45 pm.
