Treating each patient as one would want a family member to be treated

At Chatham Dermatology, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatment of the skin. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care to each patient who walks through our doors. Our mission is to treat every patient just as we would want a family member to be treated - with compassion, empathy, and personalized attention.

Our Story

Dr. Tonya (Toni) Lewis McCullough, a native Savannahian, founded Chatham Dermatology in 1994. With a passion for dermatology, Dr. McCullough has built a reputation for her exceptional patient care and hands-on approach to medicine. A valedictorian graduate of St. Vincent's Academy, Dr. McCullough holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Georgia and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Memorial Health Medical University Center and her Dermatology Residency at Penn State University.

Our Approach

Our team is committed to providing patients with a comfortable, caring, and courteous environment. We offer state-of-the-art equipment and a pleasant staff, ensuring that every patient feels at ease during their visit. Dr. McCullough takes pride in paying attention to details and avoids the "assembly line" approach to patient care. Every patient sees Dr. McCullough, and we do not delegate care to Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

Education and Training

We believe that education is an ongoing process, and Dr. McCullough is no exception. She regularly reads literature, attends educational conferences, and speaks at conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in dermatology. Dr. McCullough also serves as the Chief of Dermatology at Memorial Health University Medical Center and is a clinical faculty member at the Medical College of Georgia and Mercer University School of Medicine.

As a comprehensive dermatology practice, we offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Medical dermatology: treating skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis
  • Surgical dermatology: performing procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and mole removals
  • Cosmetic dermatology: offering treatments such as Botox, fillers, and skin rejuvenation
