Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced professionals with many years of combined experience in the aviation industry. Brian Grothe, the owner, has been involved in aviation in South Florida since the early '70s and has extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of aircraft. Jeff Grothe, our owner, has extensive PT6 and JT15D experience and has been factory-trained at Cessna Citation and Hawker Beechcraft. Travis Grothe, our owner and Chief Inspector, has many years of experience in propeller overhaul shops and as a Chief Inspector.
