Our Services
Our FBO services are designed to provide the utmost comfort and convenience to our customers. From our modern state-of-the-art facilities to our experienced staff, we offer a wide range of services including fueling, ground support, quality control, and concierge services. Our charter flights are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer, offering a customized travel experience with our Hawker 400XP aircraft. Our maintenance and avionics personnel are fully certified and equipped to handle any maintenance or repair needs. Additionally, we are an authorized Piper Parts and Service Center with a large inventory of parts in stock.

Sun Aviation has been locally owned and operated by the Holman family since 1929. Our family's passion for aviation has driven us to continually improve and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Today, we are proud to be one of the nation's oldest fixed base operators, committed to providing quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Customer Service: The starkest contrast in customer service is evident in this review. On one hand, there are stories of exceptional service, particularly from Tom in the parts department, who went above and beyond to assist customers. The staff was also described as friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, Andrew Owen had a negative experience with the gentleman behind the main desk, who was hesitant to provide him with the keys to his rental, even with the contract and ID in hand.
Facilities: The condition and amenities of the facilities vary across reviews. While Mike Stevens and Gary Lee Burdsall mentioned that the crew lounge was comfortable and tidy, St. Denys The Martyr described it as small and lacked modern amenities, such as updated computers in the flight planning room. The crew car was also criticized for being an old and inconvenient Ford van.
Overall Experience: The overall experience at Sun Aviation is a mixed bag. While some customers rave about the exceptional service and amenities, others are left underwhelmed by the lack of modernity and attention to detail. Will Dyer, who was pleased with their experience, highlighted the quality of service and the effort the staff put in to make customers feel welcome.
