Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the customer service they received. Martha Mora-Aviles and Gary Good both had negative experiences, with unfriendly and rude staff members. Martha's phone call was abruptly ended by the person answering, while Gary was unhappy with the payment he received for his scrap.
Recycling Experience
