Our Investment Strategy

Our investment strategy is based on a repeatable process that targets attractively priced, developable land in the path of growth. We focus on low-volatility assets with a nominal correlation to the U.S. equities market, backed by strong long-term tailwinds. Our portfolio is geographically diverse, with low holding costs and, in most cases, agricultural tax-exempt status.

We primarily focus on assets that are located in the path of development on a 3-5 year time frame, buying ahead of the 40-70% appreciation that occurs as the land becomes suitable for near-term development. Within these emerging submarkets, we use our platform to immediately filter opportunities on development constraints, allowing us to focus our efforts on assets that are highly developable or have development potential that we can unlock.
