Meet the Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Our founding principals, Matthew W. Hooks and Scot W. Krieger, provide strategic leadership for our development and investment plans. Matthew W. Hooks, with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, focuses on building a portfolio of assets that deliver returns exceeding expectations while managing syndication and investor relations. Scot W. Krieger, with almost 40 years of experience in real estate and finance, oversees our development, design, construction, financing, and accounting processes.
