At Healing Through Grace Counseling, LLC, we understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes the scars are not visible to the world. Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental health services that address the needs of the whole person - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We are committed to bringing affordable Christian counseling to Lewis County, providing a safe space for individuals to share their stories and find relief from the emotional scars that hold them back.

Our Services

Our practice offers a range of counseling services, including individual therapy sessions, tailored to address specific needs such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and feelings of intense anger. Our therapeutic approach is family of origin, client-centered, and trauma-focused, incorporating Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT), Attachment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). For trauma, we use either Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Lifespan Integration. We also offer telehealth (virtual) appointments for added convenience.

In addition to individual therapy sessions, we provide professional training classes and groups, as well as blog and podcast resources, to educate and support our clients on their journey towards emotional health. Our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their mental well-being, providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate life's challenges.
