Our vision is to create an environment where everyone can practice and learn yoga, regardless of socio-economic status or physical ability. We believe that yoga is a universal language that can bring people together and help them connect with their inner selves. We strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported on their yoga journey.

Our Philosophy

At Zen Den Yoga School, we believe that all beings are an embodiment of the divine, the Supreme Consciousness, the highest Self. We honor the yin and yang, the Sun and Moon, the male and female, and recognize the beauty and love in all aspects of life. We believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a spiritual practice that can help us connect with our deepest selves and with the world around us.

Our Yoga Lineage

We draw inspiration from various yoga traditions, including Sivananda yoga and Ashtanga yoga. Our primary Flows are Sadhana Chakra Hatha Flow and Sadhana Vinyasa Flow, which are inspired by these two traditions. We also incorporate elements from other yoga styles, such as Iyengar yoga, Anasura yoga, Integral yoga, Kundalini yoga, Shamanic healing, and Energetic healing arts like Reiki, Tai Chi, and Chi Kung.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to support your yoga journey, including:

  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Our comprehensive teacher training program is designed to empower you to become a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor.
  • Retreats: Join us for our international Disconnect to Reconnect retreats, where you can deepen your yoga practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
  • Workshops: We host regular workshops and masterclasses with prominent yoga instructors, covering various topics and styles.
