Meet Shaina

Our founder, Shaina Painter, is a trauma-informed integrative nutritionist dedicated to fostering a mindful, non-diet approach to health and wellness. With a background in psychology and functional medicine, Shaina brings a unique perspective to her practice. Her own journey with health and wellness has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of nutrition and the importance of developing a positive relationship with food.
