Community Medical Centers (CMC) is a network of neighborhood health centers serving over 100,000 individuals and families in the Central Valley area of California. Our Origins and Values

Our journey began in the late 1960s when a group of compassionate community members recognized the need for accessible and affordable healthcare in their neighborhoods. Today, we remain guided by these core values:

• Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Program: Nutritional support and healthcare services for pregnant women, new mothers, and young children.
• HIV Early Intervention Program: Comprehensive care and support for individuals with HIV/AIDS.
• 'Care Link': Healthcare services for the homeless population.
• Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP): Support for pregnant individuals and new mothers.
