Our private practice is based in Concord, CA, and is conveniently situated across the street from John Muir Concord Campus. Our team of healthcare professionals consists of one board-certified primary care physician, two physician assistants, and one nurse practitioner, supported by an experienced and helpful support staff. We are committed to providing highly coordinated and efficient medical care to our patients, and we believe in the promotion of preventive practices to help our patients avert illnesses and improve their health and quality of life.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to our patients, including Covid vaccination, Covid testing, and Covid treatment. We understand the importance of staying safe during the pandemic, and we are committed to providing our patients with the best possible care. Our services include in-person visits as well as virtual telemedicine visits, and we have instituted various precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We also offer pharmacy refills, hospital privileges, and billing services, making it convenient for our patients to access the care they need.
