Our diverse portfolio includes residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, office, and retail properties. Our team of professionals specializes in Historic, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family properties throughout the greater Seattle and Washington area.

Our President, Neiso Moscatel, has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and has developed numerous projects throughout the Puget Sound. He is dedicated to creating strategic partnerships with local investors to repurpose Historic buildings, reposition existing properties, or create ground-up developments. Under his leadership, Allegra Properties has acquired and developed several notable projects, including Continental Place luxury condominiums, The historic Union Stables, and Ventana at The Market, an award-winning mixed-use project.

Our Asset Manager, Boris Castellanos, brings extensive experience in residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate, including leasing, construction management, and modular construction. He oversees all acquisitions, commercial leasing, tenant improvements, and development activity for Allegra Properties.
