With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Steven Franceschina leads Metzler's North American operations. He specializes in redevelopment strategies and has managed over 20 million square feet of commercial office space. A Certified Property Manager and CCIM designee, he actively participates in ULI and NAREIM.

Zeb Bradford oversees Metzler's investment activities with over $10 billion in negotiated transactions.
