Stamping
Our stamping capabilities handle components from simple brackets to complex thick-gauge parts using presses up to 2000 tons. Robotic Welding
State-of-the-art robotic weld shops feature single to quad articulated robots with computerized controls. In-process verification systems ensure dimensional accuracy through resistance welding checks and sensor monitoring. Our automated cells optimize production efficiency and weld consistency.
Fiber Laser Tube Cutting
We cut steel, aluminum, brass, and copper tubes up to 6.0" diameter with 0.315" wall thickness. This eliminates hydro-forming requirements while maintaining tight tolerances. Our laser systems support complex geometries for automotive and industrial applications.
E-Coat & Powder Coat
