Unmet Expectations
However, Ebenezer Coode C had a very different experience. Despite being recommended to the company, Ebenezer was met with delays and lack of communication. It took three weeks for a site visit, and two weeks after that to receive a bid over the phone. Ebenezer was told someone would get back to him later in the afternoon to schedule the work, but never heard back. Instead, he received an email stating that the company's schedule was full for the next three months, and they couldn't provide an estimate for the repair work.
