Equipment and Speed of Service
Some reviewers have expressed frustration with the slow service at this coffee shop. Chad Davies stated that it takes 15+ minutes to get a simple order, despite the staff working hard. Arielle Coffin also reported a 30+ minute wait for a latte, and Chris Crawford had to wait over 20 minutes for a to-go order. However, Cory H. mentioned that his coffee was made promptly and efficiently.
