Positive Experiences
Some customers had wonderful experiences at Mario's, with great service and excellent food. The server Rubio was particularly praised for his outstanding service. The patio was also mentioned as a great place to enjoy a meal. Additionally, corporate chef James Lundy was commended for his exceptional service and work ethics.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, some customers had terrible experiences, including being kicked out of Facebook groups for posting negative reviews and receiving cold, old, and greasy food. The service was also criticized for being rude and unhelpful. One customer even found hair in their food!
