- Jeet Kune Do / Filipino Kali: Jeet Kune Do, also known as Bruce Lee's art, is a martial art that emphasizes flexibility, speed, and efficiency. Filipino Kali, on the other hand, is a martial art that focuses on the use of weapons such as the sticks and knives. Our Jeet Kune Do / Filipino Kali program is designed to help students develop practical self-defense skills while also improving their physical fitness and coordination.
- SMMA Kickboxing: Our SMMA Kickboxing program is a high-intensity workout that combines the best elements of kickboxing and martial arts. This program is designed to help students get in the best shape of their lives while also learning practical self-defense skills.
- Submission Wrestling: Submission wrestling is a martial art that focuses on the use of ground grappling techniques to defeat an opponent. Our submission wrestling program is designed to help students improve their physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility while also learning practical self-defense skills.
- Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a martial art that emphasizes the use of slow, flowing movements to improve balance, flexibility, and overall health. Our Tai Chi program is designed to help students improve their physical and mental well-being while also learning practical self-defense skills.
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on the use of ground grappling techniques to defeat an opponent. Staff and Instructors
