Closing the digital divide, one computer at a time!
Our Mission
C4PIN (Computers for People In Need) believes in empowering marginalized individuals and fostering digital inclusion in our community. We strive to bridge the gap by providing affordable access to refurbished computers and digital skills training to low-income families, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and other disadvantaged groups.
What We Do
We work in two primary ways:
1. Providing Affordable Computers
- We collect and refurbish used computers, ensuring they are reliable and secure.
- We offer computers at low costs or in exchange for volunteer hours.
- We work with local organizations to identify those most in need.
2. Promoting Digital Literacy
- We provide training and workshops to help users navigate the digital world confidently.
- We offer technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure ongoing success.
Our Values
- Equity and Inclusion: We believe access to technology should be a right, not a privilege.
- Community Involvement: We prioritize partnerships and collaborations with local organizations.
- Sustainability: We practice responsible recycling of electronics to minimize environmental impact.
- Digital Empowerment: We promote digital skills and foster a culture of inclusion.
