At Cocina Mexico Lindo, we're passionate about sharing the authentic flavors of Mexico with our community. Our story began with Chef Rafael Saldanas, born in Michoacan, Mexico, who arrived in the US at 16 and pursued his passion for cooking. With his wife Jenny, they founded Cocina Mexico Lindo in 2000, and since then, we've been committed to serving delicious, made-with-love Mexican cuisine.
Our Story
Chef Rafael's love for cooking began in his youth, bonding with his mother in the kitchen. He takes pride in each dish, pouring his heart into every meal, just as his mother taught him. Our recipes are rooted in traditional Mexican cuisine, using only the freshest ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes that tantalize your taste buds. From tacos and burritos to sopes and guacamole, we have something for everyone.
