Our team at Merit Badge is made up of experienced and passionate professionals who are committed to providing top-notch service. Our Prime Mover and Goodtimes Instigator, Matt Mount, has years of experience working in the cocktail industry and has a passion for making mighty fine cocktails. Our Lead Event Manager and Operations Manager, Anthony Ritchey, is a bike enthusiast and karaoke king who always brings professionalism and style to every event. Our Client Relations and Administrative Manager, Tara Gower, is responsible for start-to-finish client communication and bar management at events. Our Event Lead and Client Liaison, Kim Smith, is a superstar who ensures each event runs smoothly.
