Poudre Construction is a Loveland-based company that serves Fort Collins, Northern Colorado, and Denver as a full-service commercial general contractor. Founded by Beau Brittenham and Cory Jennings, both graduates of Colorado State University's Construction Management program, the company is built on the values of open communication, positive relationships with clients, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Beau and Cory's shared passion for construction and their determination to create a company that truly reflects their values have been instrumental in their success.

Who We Are

Beau Brittenham, Co-Owner, brings a passion for architecture and design to the company. Born in Boulder and raised in Longmont, Beau graduated from Colorado State University in 2012. He has worked as a field engineer, project controller, and preconstruction manager before starting Poudre Construction. Cory Jennings, also a Co-Owner, is passionate about helping business owners start, relocate, or expand their businesses. Born in Denver and raised in Longmont, Cory has been in the construction industry since 2008. Both Beau and Cory are dedicated to their work and committed to delivering exceptional results for their clients.
