NOCO Weld Co is a family-run and family-oriented welding and fabrication business located in Colorado. Our main objective is to be geared to our customer. We strive to make lasting relationships with our customers by providing great service and great craftsmanship in a safe and timely manner.

Jack Gerhardt started welding with his dad in 1970 and then opened his first welding business in 1988 and has been in the industry ever since. Jack, Zack, Payton, and Meg take great pride in their work and look forward to sharing their passion with you.

Services Offered

We offer a variety of services including preconstruction planning, floating staircases, cad design, handrails, fences, and gates, moment frames, custom fabrication, pipe welding, and mobile welding.

• Preconstruction Planning: This stage involves the definition of the project, the identification of potential issues, planning and scheduling, the scope, cost estimation, and analysis of needs for the job.

• Floating Staircases: We love building floating staircases, you could say it's our specialty. We offer several different varieties to choose from. Single stringer, dual stringer, C channel, rectangular tube, or plate. We also offer wood treads in several different wood species.

• Cad Design: Our cad design team will make your vision a 3-dimensional concept before we start construction. This improves communication with the customer and puts everyone on the same page.

• Handrails, Fences, and Gates: Commercial or Residential: carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. We fabricate to all of today's standards.

• Moment Frames: Moment frames or Moment-resisting frames are a rectilinear assemblage of beams and columns, with the beams rigidly connected to the columns.

• Custom Fabrication: With our 64 years of combined experience, there is very little that our family can't do. We're experts in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding.

• Pipe Welding: We can handle any of your pipe welding needs including but not limited to; Gas lines, water lines, and oil lines. Our welders are able to obtain the necessary certifications if needed.

• Mobile Welding: We offer a vast array of mobile welding services. On site we can weld stainless steel, mild steel, pipe fittings, flanges, or valves just to name a few. We are capable of fabricating just about anything on site. Our welding rigs are a fabrication shop on wheels.
