Fly For The Culture, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are dedicated to promoting diversity within the aviation industry and inspiring young people from all backgrounds to pursue careers in this exciting field.

Our Vision

Our vision is to make the world of aviation accessible and affordable to all pilots regardless of race or ethnicity. We believe that a diverse and inclusive aviation industry is a stronger and more vibrant industry.

Our Mission

Through:

  • Exposure: Providing young people with opportunities to experience flight and interact with professionals in the field
  • Outreach: Partnering with schools and organizations to raise awareness about careers in aviation
  • Education: Offering workshops and seminars to help young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to pursue aviation careers
  • Advocacy: Addressing the systemic barriers that disproportionately affect under-represented groups in the aviation industry

Led by founder and CEO Courtland Savage, a seasoned pilot and decorated veteran, Fly For The Culture is a passionate and dedicated team of volunteers and supporters. We are committed to working alongside young people to create a more diverse and inclusive future for the aviation industry.
