Local Menu Ideas

When it comes to creating menus, we start with a selection of stationary starters, including options like Nuts~ Nuts and Olive Medley, Nibbles ~ 1 Dip, Crackers, Vegetables ~or ~Cheese and Crackers, and Feast~ 2 Dips, Local and International Cheese Selection & Accompaniments, Crackers, Bread, Vegetables, Olives or Nuts. From there, we add specialty appetizers that showcase seasonal flavors, such as Spring Onion, Bacon and Gruyere Tartlets, and Braised Beef Puffs with Chive Creme Fraiche. Our main courses often feature dishes like Lemon and Garlic Free Range Chicken, Grass-Fed Beef & Free Range Chicken Skewers, and Local Pork Tenderloin with Apple Chutney. Each meal is served with a local green salad and fresh local bread, followed by a variety of desserts that highlight seasonal fruits and flavors.
