Our Story

Northwoods Brewpub is a beloved Western Wisconsin institution, celebrated for its handcrafted brews, lively atmosphere, and commitment to community. Born from a passion for exceptional beer and a desire to create a gathering place for friends and families, our doors first opened in the heart of Osseo, setting a new standard for craft brewing in the region. Years ago, we started brewing Walter's Beer - a testament to the quality and unique flavors we strive for in everything we do. We saw a need for a gathering place where people could come together to enjoy great beer, play games, and savor delicious food - a true home-away-from-home.

Since our humble beginnings, Northwoods Brewpub has grown to welcome two locations, spreading the joy of our craft across Western Wisconsin. We now proudly serve our community from our original Osseo location and our newest addition, conveniently located at Cumberland Golf. Both locations offer the same core values: a dedication to brewing exceptional beer, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, and fostering a sense of belonging within our community.
