Our Story
Kohaku Japanese Restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 30 years, serving high-quality, yet affordable, downtown Tokyo-style cuisine to families in Huntington Station. Our owner and head Sushi Chef, Ken, began his training in Tokyo 50 years ago and brought his passion for connecting Japanese culture to American culture to the United States in 1974.
