What are your current furniture lead times?
Upholstery pieces currently have 8-12 week lead times, while in-stock items are available for immediate delivery. Custom orders vary depending on vendor specifications.
How do your furniture frames compare to competitors?
All frames are solid wood construction with integrated legs, unlike competitors who often use engineered wood with removable legs for easier shipping.
Do you charge for design consultations?
In-home consultations have an hourly fee that's partially credited toward purchases. Complimentary design advice is available in our showrooms.
What performance fabric options do you offer?
We carry Crypton stain-resistant fabric and InsideOut fade-resistant fabric collections for durable, easy-care upholstery solutions in various patterns and textures.
Where are your showrooms located?
We have three Connecticut locations: 2 Main St, Old Saybrook; 400 Hebron Ave, Glastonbury; and 1973 Highland Ave, Cheshire (opening Fall 2025).
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we provide local delivery with white glove service including setup and packaging removal for all furniture purchases.
