What is the design retainer policy?
A 10% design retainer ensures dedicated time for your project. This deposit is credited back toward your final project cost upon agreement signing, ensuring commitment from both parties.
Do you serve areas outside Long Island?
While primarily serving Long Island's East End, we've successfully completed projects for out-of-state clients by maintaining rigorous communication and relying on trusted local contractors for installations.
What post-installation support do you provide?
We offer ongoing support beyond installation, addressing adjustments or questions promptly. Previous clients confirm our responsiveness even years after project completion.
