Associated Property Management was founded in June 1989 by George W. Stone, Sr., with the mission to engage in construction, development, and property management of closely held commercial real estate. Over the years, the company has grown to become a leading provider of leasing and management services for office rentals, retail rentals, industrial/flex rental spaces, and residential properties in the Baltimore, Annapolis, and Anne Arundel County region. Our priority is to provide our tenants with a convenient single point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and comfort in their leased space.

We pride ourselves on providing full accountability and proactive services, eliminating unnecessary delays or third-party involvement. This approach has earned us a reputation for excellence in property management. Our in-house management and maintenance resources ensure that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been with the company for many years. They possess a wealth of knowledge about the business and are committed to maintaining the high standards set by our founder. Unfortunately, we lost George W. Stone, Sr., in 2006, but his legacy continues through our dedication to his values.

Today, we have close to 750,000 sq. ft. of commercial buildings, including office, retail, warehouse, and flex space. Our properties are well-maintained, and we strive to provide prompt and courteous service to our tenants. We are proud to continue the tradition of excellence started by our founder.
