Flex Yoga

Flex Yoga is a Power Vinyasa Studio and Yoga School located in the heart of Wooster, Ohio. We are dedicated to providing high-quality yoga, barre, fitness, aerial, and Pilates classes for every level. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable practicing and improving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

When Flex Yoga first opened its doors, we were immediately drawn to the studio's commitment to excellence and expertise. As a regular student, I can attest to the fact that Flex Yoga always leaves me feeling better, both physically and mentally. The instructors bring their love of movement and emotional spirit to every class, creating a supportive and uplifting atmosphere for all students.

Our Services

Flex Yoga offers a wide range of services to help you meet your fitness and wellness goals. Our group yoga classes include Power Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and more. We also offer group aerial classes, group fitness classes, private lessons, Reformer Pilates, and Flex Yoga Kids classes.

If you're looking for a more personalized experience, we offer private yoga, aerial, and Pilates lessons. Our instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a customized practice that meets your individual needs and goals.

Flex Yoga Wellness offers a variety of services by appointment, including Reiki, massage, dry needling, and sound healing. Our Wellness Center features an Infrared Sauna and two pairs of Compression Boots, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for the mind and body.

In addition to our regular classes and services, we also offer dynamic workshops and trainings for yoga teachers and practitioners. Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and Reiki Master Mentorship are designed to help students deepen their practice and become knowledgeable and proficient yoga instructors.
