At Rockland Gymnastics Academy, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive instructional gymnastics program that fosters a love for healthy activities in children of all ages. Our program is designed to provide each student with the opportunity to develop their motor skills through a progressive gymnastics training system. We offer a range of programs for children aged 2-16 years old, including recreational gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, and team programs for more advanced students. Our Services

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of our students and their families. Our recreational gymnastics program provides a fun and engaging way for children to stay active and develop their motor skills. Our preschool gymnastics program is designed specifically for children aged 2-3 years old and focuses on developing their fundamental movement skills. For more advanced students, we offer team programs that provide a more competitive and challenging experience.

Our directors have over 32 years of experience directing programs and teaching recreational and competitive gymnastics. They are dedicated to providing a fun and supportive environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
