At Central Jersey Dance & Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where children can explore their passion for dance and gymnastics. Our experienced and caring staff is committed to helping your child grow and develop their skills, whether they are just starting out or are more advanced. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to receive a quality education in movement-related fields, and we strive to provide a warm and safe environment that fosters growth, creativity, and self-expression.

Our Philosophy

Our teaching philosophy is centered around challenging our students and ourselves as educators to provide a unique and well-rounded education in dance and gymnastics. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to explore their creative side, regardless of their skill level or interest. Whether your child is a beginner or more advanced, we offer a range of programs and classes that cater to their individual needs and goals.

Our Services

We offer a range of recreational and competitive programs in both dance and gymnastics, including classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and gymnastics. Our competitive programs include our Dance Company and Jersey Girls All-Star Dance Team, which have won multiple awards and accolades regionally and nationally. Our gymnastics team, the Springers Girls Gymnastics Team, competes in the USAIGC league and has produced state champions in floor, bars, and beam.

Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our students. We have two large air-conditioned dance instruction rooms, complete with safe oak wood floors, Marly dance floor, and mirrored walls. Our gym has a spring floor, TumbleTrak, Vault Table, and several sets of bars and beams. We are located in a private road with no thru traffic and two parking lots, providing a safe and convenient location for our students and families.

Our Staff

Our staff is made up of experienced and caring instructors who are dedicated to helping your child grow and develop their skills. All of our instructors and team coaches are former students and share the Central Jersey philosophy. Most are educators in our New Jersey school systems and hold advanced degrees in education. They are accessible and available to answer your questions whenever assistance is needed.
